The Arturo Fuente Don Carlos Double Robusto is one of the more substantial formats in the renowned Don Carlos line, crafted with carefully selected tobaccos aged to develop a rich and harmonious structure. Entirely handmade in the Dominican Republic, it features a Longfiller construction with an African Cameroon wrapper and Dominican binder and filler. The Double Robusto measures 146 mm in length, with a diameter of approximately 20.6 mm and a Ring Gauge of 52, offering around 60–70 minutes of smoking time. Its aromatic profile develops a foundation of wood and earth, accompanied by elegant notes of leather and coffee. As the cigar progresses, nuances of cocoa, nuts and pleasant sweetness emerge, while delicate spice adds further depth towards the finish. The combination of the Cameroon wrapper and Dominican tobaccos gives the cigar a complex and persistent character, with a natural evolution of flavours throughout the smoking experience.
