NOSTRANO DEL BRENTA Il Doge

Nostrano del Brenta Il Doge

Il Doge is the founding cigar of the Nostrano del Brenta family, named after the ancient ruler of the Venetian Republic. Entirely handmade at the Bassano del Grappa manufactory, it follows an original Italian production process passed down through four centuries of history. Its blend combines apical and middle leaves from three different harvests, aged for 3, 4 and 5 years, with wrapper, binder and filler made exclusively from Nostrano del Brenta tobacco. Its distinctive double-tapered shape provides an approximately 60-minute smoking experience, with mild-to-medium strength and a smooth, aromatic character. The profile develops sweet, fresh and ethereal notes, complemented by balanced fruity and vegetal nuances, followed by delicate nutty tones in the finish, characteristic of fermented Nostrano del Brenta tobacco. Elegant and versatile, Il Doge is a refined expression of Italian cigar-making tradition, offering a smooth and rewarding smoking experience.
