ALEC BRADLEY Black Market Gordo

The Alec Bradley Black Market Gordo is one of the most distinctive expressions of the renowned Black Market line, born from Alan Rubin’s desire to showcase a particular tobacco from Panama. After more than a year of experimentation with 18 different blends, the final combination created a cigar with a rich, spicy and deeply aromatic character.

Entirely handmade at Tabacos de Oriente Danlí in Honduras, the Gordo is a Longfiller in a generous Double Toro format. Its dark Nicaraguan wrapper surrounds a Sumatra binder and a filler composed of tobaccos from Honduras and Panama. The combination of four tobacco origins gives the blend its distinctive complexity.

The smoking experience produces a generous volume of smoke, with alternating notes of chocolate, coffee, cream, wood and pepper, accompanied by a pleasant creamy sweetness. The Panamanian tobacco contributes distinctive spice and depth, while earthy and cocoa nuances add further structure to the aromatic profile.

Measuring 152 mm in length with a Ring Gauge of 60, the Gordo provides approximately 90 minutes of smoking time. A substantial and satisfying format designed to fully express the complexity and depth of the Black Market blend.
